ADVANCING THROUGH THE PROGRAM
From age 5 through 18, youth progress through levels by demonstrating The First Tee Nine Core Values, life and golf skills as well as passing an assessment. All participants regardless of age start at the PLAYer level.
- PLAYer (required minimum age 7) – Tee it up for the first time and learn the game of golf and The First Tee’s 9 Core Values.
- Par (recommended minimum age 9 and having passed the PLAYer Assessment) – Focus on interpersonal and self-management skills on and off the course.
- Birdie (recommended minimum age 11 and having passed the Par Assessment) – Emphasis on setting goals and making them a reality.
- Eagle (recommended minimum age 13 and having passed the Birdie Assessment) – Learn resilience, conflict resolution, and future planning.

LIttle Legends(ages 5 & 6)
Mondays January 22 – February 26 4:00 -5:00
Player (ages 7 & above)
Tuesdays January 23 – February 27 4:00 – 5:00
Par (ages 9 & above and have passed the PLayer assessment)
Thursdays January 25 – March 1 4:00 – 5:00
Birdie/Eagle (Must have passed the Par assessment)
Fridays January 26 – March 2 4:00 – 5:00
